We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24–48 business hours, Monday to Friday. Whether you have a question about your order, products, or anything else, we're always happy to help.

ORDERS

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. If you've ordered a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

If you haven't received your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been processed or dispatched, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@unshakensociety.com, quoting your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes or cancel it.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to selected countries worldwide.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total unless stated otherwise.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please check your tracking information first using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe or your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, please contact us at hello@unshakensociety.com with your order number. We'll be happy to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@unshakensociety.com, quoting your order number and including photos of the issue where possible.

We'll review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't currently offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size or product, simply return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you've changed your mind, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they're returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some products may be restocked, while others are released as limited editions and won't return once sold out.

How should I care for my clothing?

To keep your garments looking their best, we recommend washing them inside out at 30°C with similar colours using a mild detergent.

Air dry where possible and avoid tumble drying. Do not iron directly over printed designs.

How do your T-shirts fit?

Our T-shirts are designed with a premium oversized unisex fit for a relaxed, modern look.

If you prefer a more regular fit, we recommend sizing down. Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order to find your best fit.
