This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations apply to products purchased on a pre-order basis from Unshaken Society.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available for dispatch.

Estimated dispatch dates are displayed on the relevant product page before you complete your purchase. While we aim to meet these estimates, dispatch dates may occasionally change due to production or supply chain delays.

If your pre-order hasn't been dispatched, you may request to cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once your pre-order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, if you've changed your mind after receiving your ordaer, you may be able to return it in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If your pre-order is cancelled before dispatch, any payment you've made will be refunded to your original payment method.
