Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
If you've ordered a pre-order item, dispatch may take longer. Estimated dispatch dates will always be shown on the product page.

Yes. As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

5.Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to selected countries worldwide.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout.
6.Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges depending on your country's regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7.My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Please check your tracking information first.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
8.Can I return my order?
Yes.
If you've changed your mind, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they're returned in their original condition.

9.Do you offer exchanges?
We don't currently offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or product, simply return your eligible item and place a new order.
10.What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@unshakensociety.com.
We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

11.How do your T-shirts fit?
Our garments feature a premium oversized unisex fit.
If you prefer a more regular fit, we recommend sizing down.
Please check our Size Guide before ordering.
12.I'm between sizes. Which size should I choose?
If you like a relaxed oversized fit, choose the larger size.
For a more fitted look, choose the smaller size.
13.How should I care for my clothing?
Wash inside out at 30°C, use a mild detergent, air dry where possible, and never iron directly over printed designs.

14.Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some collections may return, while others are released as limited editions and won't be restocked.
