We're committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
During busy periods, including new collection launches, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we'll keep you informed where reasonably possible.
Pre-Orders
If you've ordered a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the relevant product page before you complete your purchase.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be dispatched together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
Please note that estimated dispatch dates are provided as guidance only and may occasionally change due to production or supply chain delays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and aren't guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website or during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details (where available).

Customs & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by your country's authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Unshaken Society isn't responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.
If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.
If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to update your delivery details.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost or Delayed Orders
While we work with trusted delivery partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll work with the courier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there's a problem with your delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where possible, include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs of the packaging and the damaged item.
